For items purchased by the end of January 2023, our store points will be awarded as before.
・Expiration date
End of February 2023
Your points can be used for orders until 23:59 on February 28, 2023(JST).
After that, points cannot be used.
Unused points will expire.
Exchanges for money cannot be accepted.
・How to check/redeem points

When redeem points, be sure to log in before placing an order.
You can also withdraw by sending message to us, but if there are unused points at the time of withdrawal, they will expire at the same time as the withdrawal.
You can redeem your points by following steps.
1.Please login to your account.
2.Please click "REWARDS" button at the lower right corner on snowrecords.com. You can see how many points you have.
3.See "Get Rewards", then click "Earn Points" at the right side
4.You'll get the discount coupon.
5.Please enter the code at order process. You can see "Discount Code" form. Enter the code, then click "Apply"
・After service ends
Points cannot be used after the service ends.
If an order purchased using points is canceled or returned after March 1, 2023, points cannot be refunded.
We do not accept monetary refunds.
If you have unused points, please use before they expire.
We apologize for the sudden change.
We will continue to offer "XX%-OFF "discount services as customer benefits.
